The GetSentiment API service works with Sentiment Natural Language Processing task. The GetSentiment REST API allows developers to access and integrate the functionality of GetSentiment with other applications. Some example API methods include retrieving customer feedback analysis, managing customer relationships, and retrieving social media analysis and marketing research. The API performs keyword extraction, topical categorization and aspect-based sentiment analysis of text. The API can be customized by the user via a self-service interface, to suit specifics of the industry, project and use cases. GetSentiment is a text analysis tool that provides brands and companies insight into customer feedback.
